Three plans depending on how many links you need. All include every feature.
How does billing work?
You pick a monthly or yearly plan and add your card. The first 7 days are a free trial; unless you cancel before, the plan is charged when it ends and renews automatically until you cancel.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days with every feature on any plan. A card is needed to start it, but nothing is charged until it ends: if you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.
Can I change my links after creating them?
Yes, as many times as you want. Change the number, the message, the agents or the QR design from your dashboard and the URL stays the same.
How long until my links are ready?
They're active the moment you start your trial or your plan. There's no waiting.
Which currency am I charged in?
US dollars (USD), wherever you are. Your bank may apply its exchange rate.
What do I need to create a link?
Just your WhatsApp number and the message you want people to open the chat with. Optionally, the custom name you want for your link.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your dashboard, under Settings, or from the Cancel subscription page. If you need help, write to support@getwalink.com.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card.
What happens to my links if I cancel?
They keep working until the end of the period you've already paid. Then they pause. You can reactivate them by subscribing again.
Are you related to WhatsApp?
No. We're an independent service that uses WhatsApp's public links to open chats. We're not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
