How does billing work?
Today you pay $0.99 and get 7 days of full access. Unless you cancel before, you are then charged $49.99 every month, renewing automatically until you cancel. We email you before the first monthly charge.
Is there a trial period?
Yes: 7 days with every feature for $0.99. If you cancel during those days, nothing else is charged.
Can I change my links after creating them?
Yes, as many times as you want. Change the number, the message, the agents or the QR design from your dashboard and the URL stays the same.
How long until my links are ready?
They're active the moment you activate your plan. There's no waiting.
Which currency am I charged in?
In euros, US dollars or Brazilian reais depending on your country. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
What do I need to create a link?
Just your WhatsApp number and the message you want people to open the chat with. Optionally, the custom name you want for your link.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. There is a single plan with every feature and you can cancel it anytime from your dashboard, under Settings, or from the Cancel subscription page. If you need help, write to support@getwalink.com.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card.
What happens to my links if I cancel?
They keep working until the end of the period you've already paid. Then they pause. You can reactivate them by subscribing again.
Are you related to WhatsApp?
No. We're an independent service that uses WhatsApp's public links to open chats. We're not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
