Refund and cancellation policy

Trial period

When you activate the plan you pay a $0.99 entry fee that includes 7 days of full access. If you cancel before they end, nothing else is charged. If you don't cancel, after 7 days the $49.99/month fee is charged and renews every month until you cancel. We email you before that first charge.

7-day money-back guarantee

If within 7 days of the entry fee or of your first monthly payment you are not satisfied, write to support@getwalink.com from your account email and we refund that amount in full, no questions asked. The refund goes to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Renewals

Renewals from the second monthly payment onwards are non-refundable, unless applicable law says otherwise. To avoid renewing, cancel before the renewal date shown in your dashboard.

Cancelling

You cancel anytime from your dashboard (Settings → Cancel subscription) or on the Cancel subscription page. Cancellation is immediate: no further charges, and your links stay active until the end of the paid period. Then they pause, and you can reactivate them by subscribing again.
