Terms of Service

1. Who we are

WaLink (the "Service") is a tool to create short links that open WhatsApp conversations, QR codes and usage statistics, operated by WaLink. Contact: support@getwalink.com.

2. What the Service does

When you create a link we generate a short address under our domain that redirects to the WhatsApp app with the number and message you configure. You can also create choice pages with several numbers, forms before the chat, QR codes and a widget for your website. The Service does not send messages or access your conversations: it only redirects to WhatsApp.

3. Account and trial period

To create links you need an account with a valid email. You can generate and prepare your links right away, but they only work while your plan is active. When you activate the plan you pay a $0.99 entry fee that gives you 7 days of full access; this trial period is granted once per account. If the plan ends or is cancelled, links pause (stop redirecting) and are kept for 90 days in case you decide to reactivate them.

4. Plan and payments

The plan is billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, in euros, US dollars or Brazilian reais depending on your country; the currency and exact amounts are shown at checkout before you pay. When you subscribe you pay the entry fee today ($0.99) and authorize that, after 7 days, $49.99 is charged every month until you cancel. If you cancel before those 7 days end, the monthly fee is not charged. The next charge date is shown in your dashboard and we email you before the first monthly charge. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies at your next renewal.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (Settings) or on the «Cancel subscription» page. Cancelling stops future charges; your links stay active until the end of the period already paid. Money-back guarantee: we refund the entry fee and the first monthly payment if you ask within 7 days of each of those charges. See the Refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for spam, fraud, impersonation, illegal content or to breach WhatsApp's terms. Custom link names may not infringe trademarks or third-party rights. We may suspend or delete links and accounts that break these rules.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service continuously available but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions. WhatsApp is a third-party service that may change how it works at any time.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; we will publish the new version on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
